Best times to book if you come through Central

Evening appointments run until 7pm, and from the clinic you can be on a platform at Central inside 20 minutes, which suits anyone catching an intercity or regional service. Saturday mornings run 9am to 12pm; Sunday we are closed.

What people from Central usually come in for

Commuters spend a long time sitting twice a day, then sit again at work. The pattern we see most is lower back and hip stiffness with tight hip flexors and glutes, treated with remedial massage, dry needling and a short exercise program for the train and the desk. See back pain and hip pain.

Students and staff from UTS and workers in Surry Hills and Chippendale come up for neck and shoulder tension from laptops, and for sports massage and recovery sessions between training at the gyms around Darling Square and Prince Alfred Park.

Every visit starts with an assessment and the techniques are chosen from there, so you do not need to decide in advance. Office clothes are fine; we use towel draping. Bring any scans or referral letters.
